The protection of personal data is important to us.
At present, this website serves exclusively to provide information about TOGESIO. In its current version, it does not use analytics or tracking services, advertising networks or a contact form.
Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the website, to ensure its security, or to process contact initiated by you.
3. Hosting via Firebase Hosting
This website is provided using Firebase Hosting, a service offered by Google.

Firebase Hosting uses a global technical infrastructure and a content delivery network (CDN) to deliver the website. When the website is accessed, technical connection and access data may in particular be processed, such as:
- IP address,
- date and time of access,
- URL accessed,
- HTTP method and status code,
- amount of data transferred,
- browser or user-agent information,
- referrer, where transmitted by the browser,
- technical connection information.
This processing is necessary in order to provide the website, ensure stable and secure delivery, and detect and address technical faults and abusive access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, reliable and technically proper operation of this website.
Google generally processes data within Firebase as a processor. Corresponding data processing and security terms apply to Firebase. Firebase Hosting may process data using Google’s global infrastructure.

4. Server and access data
Technical access data is generated when the website is accessed.
Firebase Hosting may process information including the originating IP address, user agent, referrer, URL accessed, status code and other technical request data.
We currently do not carry out any additional permanent analysis of this data for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.
If we activate additional logging in the future, for example via Google Cloud Logging, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the personal data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and the related communication.
Depending on the subject of the enquiry, processing takes place on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the contact relates to the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship, or
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Our legitimate interest lies in properly handling your enquiry and communicating with you.
The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed and provided that no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require further storage.
6. Cookies and tracking
In its current version, this website does not use its own tracking or analytics cookies.
In particular, the following are currently not used:
- Google Analytics,
- advertising or marketing tracking,
- social media tracking,
- personalised advertising.
Therefore, no cookie consent banner is currently provided for this version of the website.
If functions requiring consent are added in the future, they will only be activated after an appropriate data protection review and, where necessary, after obtaining your consent.

As Firebase Hosting is operated using Google’s global infrastructure, personal data may also be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Google provides corresponding data protection and security terms as well as mechanisms for safeguarding international data transfers.

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, currently takes place in connection with this website.

We will update this Privacy Policy if the website, the services used or the legal requirements change.
